REGLEMENT OFFICIEL

Sponsored by Woodman Labs, Inc.

d/b/a GoPro (“Sponsor”).

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on 11/1/11 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/10/11 (the “Promotion Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: The “ I Love My GoPro” Contest (the “Promotion”) is open to GoPro fans worldwide, and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding New York), or the District of Columbia, aged 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry, who have an active email account and Internet access. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from their parents or legal guardians to participate. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Promotion Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. HOW TO ENTER: The period during which you can make Submissions (defined below) begins at 10:00 AM PT on 11/1/11 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/10/11 (“Submission Period). There are two steps required to enter the Promotion during the Submission Period. There are two steps required to enter the Promotion during the Submission Period. First, “Like” the Sponsor Facebook page located at http://www.facebook.com/goprocamera (the “Sponsor FB Page”) and become a fan of our fanpage. Second, access and select the Promotion link (the “Promotion Page”) from the Sponsor FB Page, fill out the Promotion entry form in its entirety, follow the instructions for submitting the entry form and your Submission (defined below) and click on the button to complete your submission during the Submission Period.

Entrants may submit entries in the following two (2) categories with the entry form (each such entry deemed a “Submission”):

a. Submit a photograph (not a frame or screen grab) taken by you with a Sponsor camera (an “Entry Photo”) that made you think about Sponsor camera, We want to see that epic moment, the photo that you showed all your friends, that photo you could only get using a GoPro camera. Photo must be captioned “I Love My GoPro!”; or

b. Submit a GIF, JPEG, PNG or other supported digital file of an original work (such as a drawing, painting, sculpture, or the like) created by you that depicts a Sponsor camera (an “Entry Creative Work”) that you believe demonstrates what is unique, inspiring, and/or awesome about Sponsor’s products, fans, or the images they produce. Entry must be captioned “I Love My GoPro!”;

Each Submission that advances to the Final Round (defined below) will be judged against the other Submissions in the applicable category as further described in Section 5 below.

Submissions will be accepted only during the Submission Period. Up to four (4) Entry Photos and/or four (4) Entry Creative Works per person, household and/or email address are permitted, however, Submissions must be made all at one time as a single upload. Entrants submitting more than eight (8) total Submissions may be disqualified.

No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

a. By entering a Submission, the entrant certifies and represents that each Submission (1) is entrant’s original creation or photograph and does not infringe the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party, including, without limitation, any third party patents, copyrights or trademarks, (2) has not been previously awarded a prize, or award during any other contest or promotion sponsored by Sponsor (excluding Sponsorʼs “Photo of the Day” Promotion), (3) is not obscene, lewd, profane, pornographic, disparaging, indecent, depict competitive products, show illegal or other inappropriate or dangerous behavior, or is not in keeping with the image of the Sponsor brand (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and (4) if it includes material or elements that are not owned by entrant and/or are subject to any rights of any third parties, entrant is responsible for obtaining any and all releases and consents in writing necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Submission by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, name and likeness releases for any person who appears in or is identifiable in the Submission, prior to entry.

b. Entrant hereby assigns, transfers and conveys all rights, title, and interest in entrant’s Submission(s) to the Sponsor. Entrant hereby agrees not to instigate, support, maintain or authorize any action, claim or lawsuit against the Sponsor, or any other person, on the grounds that any use of a Submission as provided herein, infringes any of entrant’s rights as creator of the entry, including, without limitation, trademark rights, copyrights and moral rights or “droit moral.” Sponsor shall have all rights to copy, edit, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, publish and use, in whole or in part, any Submissions, and any other intellectual property protected or protectable materials submitted by entrant, in any manner without further compensation during and after the Promotion, except where prohibited by law. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between entrant and Sponsor. Other than to announce prize winners, Sponsor shall have no obligation (express or implied), regardless of whether or not a Finalist or a prize-winning Submission, (a) to use any Submission or any information or materials contained therein or attached thereto in any advertising, merchandising or promotion, (b) to otherwise distribute, publicize or exploit any Submission, or, (c) if commenced, to continue the distribution, publication or exploitation thereof, and Sponsor may at any time abandon the use of any Submission, for any reason, with or without legal justification or excuse, and neither entrants nor prize winners shall be entitled to any damages or other relief by reason thereof.

c. If a Submission does not meet the criteria set forth herein, Sponsor will disqualify and discard the Submission either immediately or at any time during the Promotion. By entering a Submission, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may obtain other Submissions that are similar or identical in theme, format or other respects to that submitted by the entrant. Entrants acknowledge that, by entering a Submission, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas, themes, or concepts previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than the entrant. Sponsor has the right to review all Submissions and all Submissions may or may not be posted on the Promotion Page, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering a Submission, entrants agree that the Sponsor is not responsible for any unauthorized use of Submissions by third parties. Sponsor does not guarantee the posting of any Submission and reserves the right to take down any Submission for any reason at any time.

4. FAN VOTING PERIOD: Starting from 12:00 AM PT on 11/11/11 to 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/17/11 (the “Fan Voting Period”), Submissions will be posted on the Promotion Page for public voting. Sponsor in its discretion reserves the right at any time not to post, or to remove, any Submission that fails to comply with these Official Rules. Visitors to the Promotion Page will be given the opportunity to vote on eligible Submissions during the Fan Voting Period. Anyone may vote, an entrant may vote for his/her own Submission, however, that there is a limit of ten (10) votes per person (meaning one vote per email address) for the entire voting period. Multiple votes cast for the same Submission by the same person will be determined and disallowed in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor encourages voters to judge Submissions based on the criteria for winning set forth in these Official Rules.

The twenty-five (25) Entry Photos and twenty-five (25) Entry Creative Works with the highest number of votes in their category at the end of the Fan Voting Period (the “Finalists”) will advance to the “Final Round” for judging in accordance with the terms of Section 5 to determine the potential prize winners. Sponsor’s decisions as to numbers of votes for each Submission (after excluding, in its discretion, any ineligible votes or other votes not compliant with these Official Rules) are final.

Those entrants who are not selected as a Finalist (the “Non-Finalists”) will be eliminated from further consideration except in the unlikely event that, through the judging process, the Sponsor is unable to name twenty (20) prize winners. In such instance, the Sponsor will return to the pool of Non-Finalists in order of votes received, highest to lowest, to name additional prize winner(s) until all prizes have been awarded, and judging in such instance will be based solely on number of votes received and not on the criteria set forth below.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: From 12:00 AM PT on 11/18/11 to 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/22/11 (the “Finalist Selection Period”), a panel of Sponsor’s employees who are experts in the fields of marketing, media advertising and creative design (the “Judges”) will select ten (10) Entry Photos and ten (10) Entry Creative Works from the Finalists. The decisions of the Judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the selection of winners. The Submissions of the Finalists will be judged on the following criteria in the Judges’ sole and unfettered discretion:

Photo Entry:

a. How well the Submission reflects what is unique and/or awesome about Sponsor’s products, twenty-five percent (25%);

b. How well the Submission reflects the Sponsor-inspired lifestyle, twenty-five percent (25%);

c. How well the Submission demonstrates technical knowledge of Sponsor’s Products (25%); and

d. Artistic ability and design, twenty-five percent (25%).

Creative Entry:

a. How well the Submission reflects what is unique and/or awesome about Sponsor’s products, twenty-five percent (25%);

b. How well the Submission reflects the Sponsor-inspired lifestyle, twenty-five percent (25%);

c. Creativity, twenty-five percent (25%); and

d. Artistic ability and design, twenty-five percent (25%).

Each Submission will be given a score by the Judges based on the above. The two (2) Grand Prize winners will be those with the highest score in each of the two (2) categories: one (1) for Entry Photos and one (1) for Entry Creative Works. The eighteen (18) Runner Up Prize winners will be those with the next-highest scores in order of highest to lowest scores in each of the two (2) categories: nine (9) for the Entry Photos and nine (9) for the Entry Creative Works. [Note: Please confirm this description reflects your plans. The remaining eighty (80) Finalists will be ranked in total score order, highest to lowest, but will not receive a prize unless a prize winner is ineligible or declines a prize, and such Finalist has the next highest score.

In the event of a tie, the Submission with the highest score in the first criteria above (how well the Submission reflects what is unique and/or awesome about Sponsor’s products) will be deemed the winner from among the tying Submissions with the highest total score. If ties still remain, the Submission with the highest score in the second criteria (how well the Submission reflects the Sponsor-inspired lifestyle) will be deemed the winner from among the tying Entries with the same score in the first criteria above. If ties still remain, the tying Submissions with the same total score and the same score in the (a) and (b) judging criteria above will be rejudged using the same criteria. All Submissions and scores will be retained until eligible winners are chosen for all prizes. Once a Submission or an entrant is deemed ineligible, however, the Submission will be discarded and not further considered.

6. PRIZES AND ODDS: The prizes to be awarded from the Promotion are as follows:

a. Grand Prizes. Two (2) Grand Prize Winners (one from each category, Entry Photos and Entry Creative Works), will each receive the following prize package (“Grand Prize”): (i) a cash prize of two thousand and five hundred dollars ($2500 USD); and (ii) one “Everything We Make” Prize Package. Subject to availability on the date the Grand Prize Winners are selected, the Everything We Make Prize Package consists of one (1) of each of the following items: HD HERO Naked Camera; Handlebar Seatpost Mount; Roll Bar Mount; Suction Cup Mount; Chest Mount Harness; Helmet Front Mount; Vented Helmet Strap Mount; Head Strap Mount; Tripod Mount; Grab Bag of Mounts; Flat Adhesive Mounts; Curved Adhesive Mounts; Surf HERO Expansion; Anti-Fog Inserts; Lens Replacement Kit; Spare Battery; Skeleton Housing; LCD BacPac; Battery BacPac; Floaty Backdoor; NVG Mount; 3D HERO System; HD Wrist Housing and 2GB SD Card. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Grand Prize to be awarded is three thousand four hundred sixty-five dollars and seventy-five cents ($3,465.75 USD).

b. Runner Up Prizes. Eighteen (18) Runner Up Prize Winners (nine (9) from each category, Entry Photos and Entry Creative Works) will each receive one (1) “Everything We Make” Prize Package as described above and subject to availability on the date the Runner Up Prize Winners are selected. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Runner Up Prize to be awarded is nine hundred sixty-five dollars and seventy-five cents ($965.75 USD).

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the parents or legal guardians, who must sign all required affidavits and releases. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. Winners are required to complete and submit a W-9 to Sponsor prior to delivery of a prize.

Total value of all prizes to be awarded: $24,315.00 (USD).

7. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will announce the winners on the Promotion Page and Sponsor FB Page on 12:00 NOON PT on 11/23/11. All potential prize winners will be notified by email within [five (5)] business days of determination, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of receipt. Should there be any question as to ownership, or camera used to create, photographs or creative Submissions Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of ownership in the form of affidavits and/or original or raw photographic files. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke a prize in the event that ownership cannot be satisfactorily determined by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.

8. GENERAL RULES: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion is offered by Sponsor, 2450 Cabrillo Hwy, S. Half Moon Bay, CA 94019, which is not responsible for (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, (b) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or (c) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.

Entrants, by participating in this Promotion, further agree to waive, release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, affiliated companies and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Promotion, including, but not limited to, Facebook (together, the “Released Parties”), from and against, any claims, injuries (including death), loss, expenses or damages and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise in whole or in part from the acceptance, possession, use or enjoyment of a prize or parts thereof, participation in the Promotion, or in any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any (i) condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted, (ii) injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Promotion, (iii) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion, (iv) electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind, including undeliverable votes resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s Internet service provider, lost, late, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected votes, any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in the Promotion or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion or the processing of votes or Submissions. Winners agree to be bound by the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final.

In no event will Sponsor be liable to ENTRANTS for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with entrants’ participation in the promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Sponsor HAs been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, each entrant consents to the use by Sponsor and its related and affiliated companies of his/her name, address (city, state), photograph, likeness, biographical information, Submissions, entry and/or statements made by or attributed to the entrant (if true) relating to Sponsor or to the Promotion for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without further notice, permission and/or compensation. All entries, as applicable, become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery of prizes.

Sponsor reserves the right, without liability to entrant, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion (or any portion thereof) in its discretion and at any time if it is determined that fraud, misconduct, or technical failures have corrupted the administration, security, integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant or winner (and void all associated Submissions and votes) if fraud or tampering with a Submission and/or the voting process is suspected, including any person attempting to solicit, encourage or obtain automated votes, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated in the Official Rules. The Promotion is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws. As stated above, the Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Promotion. Headings are provided for convenience only. These Official Rules are governed by California law, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Promotion and these Official Rules must be brought in exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules. Please review these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy at gopro.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. Winner’s List, Official Rules: For a list of the prize winners, which will be available seven (7) days after the end of the announcement of the winners, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: GoPro “I Love My GoPro” Contest Winners, GoPro, 2450 Cabrillo Hwy.
